Program overview
Women TechEU offers a comprehensive support package designed to foster the growth of early-stage deep tech startups led by women. Selected companies will receive:
- Financial support: A grant of €75,000 in non-dilutive funding to assist with initial development stages.
- Business acceleration Services: Access to a personalized business development program, including mentoring, coaching, and targeted training sessions.
- Networking opportunities: Participation in dedicated events organized by InvestEU and the Enterprise Europe Network, facilitating connections with industry leaders and potential investors.
Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the Women TechEU program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Leadership: The startup must be founded or co-founded by women holding top management positions (e.g., CEO, CTO).
- Ownership: Women should hold at least 25% of the company’s shares at the time of application.
- Registration: The company must be registered and established in an EU Member State or a Horizon Europe Associated Country for at least six months prior to the application deadline.
- Stage: The startup should be at an early stage, with a focus on deep tech innovations.
Application process
The third open call is currently active and will remain open until 17 March 2025, 17:00 CET. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their proposals promptly to ensure consideration.
